This year in San Diego, the Marvel Studios Comic-Con Hall H Panel was for none other then the cast and crew of Spider-Man – Homecoming.
It was of course hosted by “The Soon to Become Overly Present” – Chris Hardwick. Is it just me or is Hardwick too much part a of the cast and crews on these interviews and set visits that he is losing the coolness of having somebody like us talking with and visiting these movies and TV shows? The guy is really breaking the third wall for me. At first it was so cool to see him interview the actors and go to the sets. “Wow, a normal guy like us with this kind of access.” That is bad ass! Now, it’s really lost its charm. I feel like I’m watching a celebrity hang out with other celebrities. Of course he has gotten more well know because he hosts the panels. I get that, but he is not one of the actors but he keeps putting himself in there as one of them not one of us. If you just look at the huge cast photo below, who is right in the middle?
But.. I digress… please learn more about Spider-Man – Homecoming.. DUN-DUN-DUUUUN!!!
About Spider-Man – Homecoming:
A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.
