“The Only Living Boy in New York” – Trailer

Kate Beckinsale will star in Amazon Studios’ drama “The Only Living Boy in New York” opposite Jeff Bridges, Callum Turner, and Kiersey Clemons.

Marc Webb is directing from a script by Allan Loeb. The film follows a recent college graduate — played by Turner — who begins a relationship with his father’s mistress, portrayed by Beckinsale.

Albert Berger, Ron Yerxa and John Fogel are producing the movie, which is set to start shooting in early October. The title is taken from a 1970 song written by Paul Simon, and performed by Simon and Garfunkel on their “Bridge Over Troubled Water” album.

Beckinsale recently starred in Whit Stillman’s “Love & Friendship” with Chloe Sevigny. She’s reprising her role as the action heroine in Sony’s “Underworld: Blood Wars,” which hits theaters on Jan. 6.

Berger and Yerxa’s producing credits include “Nebraska” and “Little Miss Sunshine.”

Beckinsale is repped by UTA and Hansen Jacobson.
